I would still report them to the Better Business Bureau. You deserve better service than that.

I'm so glad you have your machine back but I beg you to stay on the consumers side and report your experience to your Better Business Bureau, your state attorney general, and to all the Quilt Guilds and LQS in your area.

Not only was it Senior Abuse but none should have their peace and personal space threatened like that.

Yes, I do intend to contact the BBB and will be discussing this with the local Quilt Guilds.
