you are right Carol, couldn't show it. I made it just for myself and more of a picnic blanket. I am originally from WI and you definitely need more batting then down here n the south.

I use sheets whenever I can...especially on large quilts.
They wash well and are comfortable. I usually find 400 count sheets on sale at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

I have been using sheets for years. I have never had a problem with them. And I hand quilt.
