    If I have a light color in a block..I use muslin..and for the backing also...Moda is what I use...[ATTACH=CONFIG]395606[/ATTACH]

    My sister only uses muslin for the backing. She loves the look of the white backing - like our grandmothers used. I like either with or a print so my long arm quilting mistakes don't show!LOL.

    Default Mostly muslin

    This quilt has mostly muslin for setting together the 9 patch blocks and some really old stuff under the flower blocks. The old muslin is better then the new muslin but after it was washed I really liked it.

    Here you go, Krystyna! #1 is on my bed (I have a pair of those)..#2 all the natural color you see in these is unbleached muslin and all are backed with muslin, #3 is backed with unbleached muslin.

    Wow! I am sure enjoying the pictures of all these beautiful quilts. Knowing that muslin is used in each one, I can feel the softness from here.
