    Concept is great but.... bugs!!!!! I would think I would be battling flies, ants, etc that all the joy would be gone. I would rather have a screened in area where I could enjoy the sounds, etc and keep the crawlees, etc out! JMHO :D

    I lived on a farm (off and on) that had no electricity until I was about 33. The treadle was what I used. Spinning wheels are similar activities. You should enjoy.I saw an interesting video where a man goes into the streets in San Francisco and repairs peoples' clothing for free. He uses a treadle.
