Scroll down to bottom of main page, and click on the word "ARCHIVE". All the forum catagories populate, and you can click on the ones you want to see and it lists the all the posts in that catagory, newest on top. I think this might be as close to what those of us that loved to use the "unread topics" link on the old site? Click each one you care to read, it takes you to the post. On the browser I use, IE, once you read one, the link will change color. Perhaps this will make it easy for you to make sure you're seeing all new posts. If I'm correct on this, this "generic" link might be the way to go for some of you who absolutely don't like all the new bells & whistles.
Thanks, I needed your advice because so far....Well, I'm a nice Lady and won't tell you what I think of this new fangled stuff. Maybe I'm old fashioned but if it's not broke, dadgumit, don't fix it!!! Now off to look in archives!! Also does anyone know how to get our chosen signatures back???!

When space is at a minimum, a listing of everyone who is on seems ridiculous Also the community list, if I wanted to write someone, the address was right by there name. To much extras have been put in and the salesman did a good job of selling. Except I will not enjoy this new set up and am not going to hop from here to top or bottom to get something. I will now find something else to do with the two hours that I spent on here everymorning with my coffee. - J

Thanks for the suggestion, I just tried it and it is the closest to the old board that I have come across.

Thanks for posting this tip ... I was going into withdrawal since I couldn't find the latest pictures without wading thru all of the old ones. Your idea worked like a charm!

I wish the signature lines would show up differently. For the most part they blend in too easily with the reply text and gets lost.
