If you want a super fast quilt, I would cut 2 1/2" strips and make this easy jelly roll quilt. You could use any colors you want. And you can do any kind of quilting design on this quilt.

"Wickedly Easy" is a free pattern online just google it. I use it to make fast charity quilts.

This is an interesting pattern. I had not seen it before.
I have made most of the others mentioned. I haven't made the Warm Wishes, but I plan to.
Any of the quilts mentioned would be pretty.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. Took some time and looked and now am thinking of doing Happy Days from Robert Kaufman, a free pattern and it caught my eye. Think this would be easy as I do not mind sewing the half diagonal squares, getting them all lined up, well that can be a different story. Thanks.

For a really easy and fast quilt that is Big on size try a Turning Twenty.
Here's one I made for my sister (Queen size).
