Speaking of JoAn's
#85
I'm lucky and have several great LQS really close by, so I rarely go to Joann's. But when I do, I get so frustrated. They are understaffed and you have to wait forever just to have material cut. The last time I went, I bought cording to make my piping. It was priced at $1.50 a yard, but when I checked out they charged $2.50. I didn't realize that until I'd written my check. I went back to get the cording to make sure I hadn't looked at it wrong and I hadn't. When I took it back to the register (waited in line again), the cashier was not pleasant and told me that she would have to void my transaction and ring everything up again. They couldn't just give me my money since I wrote a check. So thank goodness for the LQS!
