Specialty presser feet -

I use my walking foot, darning foot (#24), and open toe embroidery foot (#20). That's all. The open toe foot gives me a perfect scant ¼" seam allowance when the needle is one click to the right, plus it has great visibility.

Since I also do clothes - I use pintuck feet, feet with grooves to make binding, elastic foot (it pulls the elastic so you don't have to for sleeves) About the only feet I haven't used are the eyelet feet and I still might want them. I've got most of the feet for the Pfaff 2170. I don't use a walking foot - none made for that machine, it's built in.
You can use quite a few feet for effects. There is a couching foot - I have a 7 hole foot. Large zigzag down a square decent trim for a plain jane machine and a rag quilt.

I use a daring foot for FMQ. Does anyone else do this? When I got this Bernina the lady at the quilt shop suggested trying it before buying the other one. It seems to work really well. I also really like straight line quilting and love the walking foot. This machine came with a bunch, most of which I have yet to try.
