I have been on vacation in Wisconsin. I visited a terrific LQS thre called The Attic. It was awsome. Bought some wonderful fabric. Coudn't wait to come home to sew. Then I fell the next day and broke my dominent arm. I feel so cheated and mad at myself for doing that.

All I can do now is sit and look at that lovely fabric. Can anyone relate?

OHHHH!!! I am sooo sorry!!!! Just hold it and rub it on your cheek like a security blankee. It will make you feel better until you can sew! :)

Oh yes. I fell and hurt my dominant hand and could not use needle or rotary cutter for weeks.

Get some sticky notes and mark your books and patterns for future (course you can't write on the label so maybe that is not such a great idea).

Now you can read QB all day!!

  :XD:

I CAN I CAN, we just got home from an Alaskan cruise last week. I went to several lqs and brought some 'goodies'. My foot began bothering me really bad while on the trip. so I
went to the Dr today,.... I have a broke RIGHT foot. Yeah my 'pedal driving foot!. So I am 'couched' for 2 weeks.

So sorry. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Remember to eat foods rich in calcium and add some extra protein to speed up recovery time.

So sorry! That is a real bummer. I have had shoulder surgery on my right shoulder twice and once on my left. It kept me off the machine for at least 6 weeks each!!!

So sorry to hear this. We will pray that the break heals real soon. In the meantime, try to have fun playing with the fabric and making plans for when your arm is all better!
