Tell Me I'm Not the Only One ... Pretty Please
#1
I started basting around the edges of my border thinking I might want to quilt it first, but I didn't. When I was done stitching all four of the sides had prominent waves in them. Started to pull out the basting and realized I hadn't set the stitch length control to a long basting stitch. Now I'm sitting here in the company of my Frog, hearing it croak, rip-it, rip-it, rip-it.

Have you not taught the cat to reverse stitch? :)
I hear you ... I find flat smooth borders the hardest part of the whole production! So hard to get a really good measurement when it's out so big.
And so important to the quality of the finish! You'll be glad that you took the time to take it out.
