That would be awesome for backing on quilts made with Hawaiian prints or modern fabrics. I am always short on backing fabric. Congratulations on your find.

I agree, backing. You could even use the outline of the leaves as your quilt marking if that would look good on the quilt top you pair it with!

I would have a really hard time cutting into this one, but I'm wondering about stack and whack. And the whole cloth as backing.

Jan, just reminding me of "bark cloth" makes my stomach queasy. I just couldn't stand those fabrics.

I agree with Jan. it is great fabric! I loved bark cloth and wish I had kept it for bags!

I would use it for backing, maybe on some baby quilts.

I would do the burn test first to see what quality of fabric it is.
