Default That's Amazing!

Last night my sister came over un-expectedly to show me something she is working on. We sat in my sewing room for at least five minutes talking. What is amazing? Her birthday present the snowman wall hanging was on display just to her left and she never looked that way. Her birthday is a week from today. Wonder what she will say when I tell her.

You were lucky. In similar situation my friend noticed a tote bag I had just made (for her Christmas present) and said she loved it....could she perhaps have it? Well, I said yes, but not until Christmas. Then I told her I had made it for her all along.

But your sister will be surprised! She may not even believe it was right there and she didn't see it. I don't think I would believe that if my sister told me that.

Would it be possible that she saw it and suspected that it is for her so she didn't mention it? But...realistically, she was probably so involved in the project both of you were working on that she didn't see it.
