I love purple and I like red. I don't have a lot of red because they are hard to find in the shades that I really like.

I stock up on true reds around xmas time to last me thru the year. True reds sell out fast so I think I am in the majority there.

For years I steered away from white but now I love quilts with white backgrounds. Guess tastes do change with time.

Unless they belong to the Red Hat Club. I saw a group of ladies at the theater the other day with their red hats, purple blouses and red and purple accessories - I almost gagged except they were sooooo cute!!! I love red and purple but not together.

Nothing makes color stand out more than Black. Look at how beautiful appliquéd flowers look on black. They glow!
Colors for me are the muddied colors of the reproduction fabrics. I like true colors.
