Love them and their stuff!!! I have to say though that the last time I ordered, I did use their "color picker". Please don't rely on it....it didn't work for me...what I ordered looked terrible together and I had to order something else. But overall....I LOVE them!

I love Thousands of Bolts!! One note , it is difficult to buy batiks on the web as all of the colors in a piece may not show in the sample.
Over the years I have ordered over 200 yds ( once 85 yards on one order). I like that they have a small sticker with the stock information on each peice in case I want to reorder. Plus I can check the order against the packing list . THey do pack the order in the order it show on the invoice.
Do note they turn over inventory rather quickly so if you open the box discover you love the piece(s) and want more , do order it right away.
THey rarely have sales , but do on occasion, But with prices this good it is like a sale every day.
They ship really fast , I usually recieve my order in 2 - 3 days.
They are my favorite site.

I have looked at their color picker and wondered how it worked. What happened with your order? Did you select a color from the main fabric, but find that when the companion fabrics arrived, they weren't really that particular color you expected? Or was it more a matter of the color worked but the "visual texture" of the fabric was not really compatible?

When looking for fabric, I always check there first. Can't beat their prices, especially for name brand batiks!

What site are you referring to? Are these fabrics the same quality that you find in a quilting store or more like what Walmart or JoAnn carries? Name brands like Moda? If so, I'd definitely be interested.

If it's not cotton quilting fabric, it's flannel, but it will specify.
