For my nieces quilt I just dragged out my old Kenmore...works like a CHARM! sewed together three batting pieces..spray basted. Now ready for SID. My husband will bring my other sewing machine to the shop once agian,...two pieces are broken off. At least I will get my nieces lap quilt done. We have company coming next week so would love to finish my Queen size quilt for the quest room. I used a 6 inch border on my nieces quilt...I think I will use the 4 1/2 on the larger one.
