This pictural, tutoral is very nice. You're close up pictures really capture it. I, too, liked the first 2 versions of block placement. Sometimes if I am making a big enough quilt, I will cut 3 identical versions and give all of the options just because they are all so unique! Keep up the good work and thank you.

You betcha! Glad you encouraged me to go on with mine. I was ready to chuck it all in the trash bin there for a few hours. Kirsta, my friend that owns the LQS, asks me every day how it's going and when will I find her a pattern. :lol:

There really isn't a pattern though, you really don't need one,
Draw her out a equalateral triangle and hand it to her, maybe in a few different sizes, and tell her, here is your pattern, it is all you need for the whole quilt,
