I think it looks great!!! I'm not a huge fan of yellow either but your quilt is spot on ((pun intended)) - - -

Keep it just the way it is!

I agree, the yellow is fine, but it does need a brighter color to finish the edges. Very cute quilt!!

Thanks for looking!
Hello racerh ~ Maybe this morning I'm finding too much of a story within a story here :0)

Someone told you that there is too much yellow?

In the words from Green Eggs and Ham ~ "Sam-I-Am, I don't like Green Eggs and Ham".... To paraphrase "I don't like too much yellow" The message of the story in 'Green Eggs and Ham' Try something new.

In the end.... "I do so like Green Eggs and Ham! Thank-you! Thank-you, Sam-I-Am!

Another paraphrase here... "I so like yellow with red and blue!" (sorry I'm not Dr. Seuss by a long shot! <giggles>)

I think your Minky quilt is absolutely delightful, bright, cheerful and most of all FUN! Thank-you for evoking memories of having read Dr. Seuss so many times over and over to our children and each time delighted to do so!!!!

Bravo that you tried something new! Maybe now you too will like yellow a little bit more!

I think it looks perfect and the bright red binding will be the perfect ending. Lucky baby!
