I agree there is no such thing as too much purple.
I had posted earlier how these would look together I agreed with the fussy cut but still have too much purple and tried two different outlines hope you can see them[ATTACH=CONFIG]444074[/ATTACH]I traced 5x5 chalk outlines so how would that look doing 10x10 block instead of 5x5, of course it wouldn't be falling charms LOL! back to first base

Had to look this pattern up yep I agree it would be a great pattern for this purple-delicious fabric!

I love purple-I would go with black around each square and maybe a boarder of the aqua around each black boarder- Black would be 2" and the aqua 1.5" this just a suggestion-do what ever you feel like doing-it will look great.

I like the second square. It is less 'planned' looking without a flower close to center. In fact, I would cut them all just a tad different, with maybe just one with a center flower but not placing that square in the center of the quilt, either. Never too much purple.

While purple is not my favorite color - I really like these together.....If it is at all possible, I would introduce some of the teal color (maybe a mode marble?) and some of the bright pink...........I like the last pic you posted best for the fussy cut..... Keep pics coming to show your progress......I think this is going to be beautiful!!
