Doing a google search I see it is in the book "5,500 Quilt Blocks" I have this book but it is in the guest bedroom and I have a friend from Florida asleep in there right now!!! I can check it in the morning and post a picture.

Looks like four drunkard's path blocks cut in half and sewn back together to make one block with an applique square of circle in the center.
