I bought my twister tool with 40% off coupon at Craft warehouse (also called Artco) in the northwest. Then the next day I used another 40% off to buy the book that had the heart instructions. Not sure I would have been able to do it without either.

I LOVE the Lil' Twister. i have the 5" and the 2.5". One day I might get the 10", but I'm happy with what I have for now.
