Hope that helps. A dear friend gave me the pattern for my birthday. I have made several of this design. I did change it though because original is finished 14" x 45" and that is way too big for anything I have. I changed the squares and strips from 3.5 to 2.5 and it came out a more manageable size for my table. Hope that helps.
p.s. Hoping it was ok to post this. I am not trying to promote this site nor do I even know if they are still in business. Thought if they were you could buy the pattern. Hope I didn't goof up.

I've got to share that I found a large feather from one of the vultures that fly over our swampy area yesterday. I brought it in, washed it, let it dry. There I was two hours later dusting out the sections of the top of my machine and was thrilled to get a piece of thread I could see but couldn't get to before.
Thank you thank you thank you. All the canned air I blew into it didn't work out but the feather worked wonderfully.
Thank you!

Be careful about feathers. An endangered bird even if found dead, it's a big fine if you are caught with a feather! I picked up an eagle feather with the thought it was perfect to use to get dust out of my machine and DH about had a stroke. It's very illegal to have anything of an eagle!
...Native Americans are the only people allowed to posses an eagle feather and even they must have certification of tribal membership and the appropriate registration license to acquire one legally. And there is the rub... or a mere pale-face such as myself, possession of even one feather brings a fine of $100,000 and a jail sentence....
Many owls are protected too. I doubt a vulture is but you never know.
