I'm a late comer on this subject also but am glad you did not let this matter continue to bother you. To often people will not step up and have themselves heard.Instead they let things bother them and press on their spirits.Glad to hear you are a person that demands answets to your quetions. This fequently is the best way to handle things. It makes you feel better and makes places give answers that should have been forth- come before hands.Good lesson for all of us.

I am very happy to hear that this matter has been resolved. I feel that I must reiterate that there are state laws/statutes governing donations, and dealing with donations earmarked for a specific purpose. I posted a detailed description of such a situation which occurred with a non-profit organization in which I was involved. If it becomes impossible to utilize donations for the specific purpose the donor designates, the donation should be returned to the original donor. Using a donation for a different purpose than that designated by the donor would, in Florida, be contrary to state statutes. It's good to know that the quilts were not, in fact, sold!
