Default Update on Oak leaf

If I am going to use my oak leaf square to do an octagon table topper, which fabric would you pick or something else totally different? Or would you turn it into something else or add it to my junk on my bulletin board.

How pretty! I like the pumpkins, but the other might look a bit more sophisticated/

I agree with marymm... I like the pumpkins as well. However, the other fabric would indeed make the piece a bit more sophisticated. So, I guess it all depends on which look you're going for. If you like the colors, and you want to stick to something a bit fancier, there are fall quilt fabrics with both color and sparkle.... you may want to think about that option. BTW.... your quilting is beautiful!

Oh gosh, that's a hard one, because either would be gorgeous! I can't decide, but definitely use one or the other and good luck.

I like the pumpkin fabric too but I would use the darker one and perhaps a "fall" gold piping and/or binding.

Could you use both by using the dark color for binding? It will be beautiful whatever you do.
