Using 75% poly/25% cotton sheets for quilt backing

I've done it and the quilt came out fine! I think it's hard if you hand quilt, but for machine quilting, I didn't have a problem. I don't do it as much now that you can find the larger cotton backing fabric, but if I found a sheet that fit into my color designs, I wouldn't hesitate to use it now.
