I sure agree with hating the Fons & Porter. I have to keep pulling them up. There is no band on the wrist part ot keep them from slipping.

For someone who asked about washing them. I wash mine frequently. I put them on, squirt some soft soap in my hands and wash away. I slip them off after rinsing my hands and hang them to dry. I use luke warm water. They have always washed up beautifully, they dry and are just like new.

I wash mine. I put them on, use a very mild soap and just 'wash my hands'. Then I dry my hands with a towel, and take the gloves off and stand them over a glass till they try. Works very well. Just be gentle as you wash.

I like using them too, am on my third pair. Like them so well, for lots of sewing I use them, not just for quilting. Great gloves, never found another brand that works as well.
