I tried it on some scrap material. Hated the back side zig-zag. I would rather quilt to whole thing twice using quilters tape than use the twin needle on a quilt.

I have used one to put the black bias "leading" on a stained glass style quilt. It is definitely easier for going straight than around any curves, and you would want to pay attention to the back. But I would use it again.

Try it, if you don't like the looks, at least you will know why. Trying new things is how alot of things come to be. Let the inventor in you come out. Good luck and make sure you have plenty - incase of breakage.
