Valentine Quilt

I am so happy to be back in my art space after 6 months of clean-up and renovations due to our basement flooding. I love this new and bright flooring under my much procrastinated Valentine Quilt. Bonus of the renovation I was able to change the floor colour. It's so great to be quilting again and getting back in touch with you all. Does anyone have any other layout suggestions for me? I have 31 blocks to work with for 1 or more finished projects.

Cute blocks! Since they need to be on point to show the hearts, I would do them all upright with cream sashing between the blocks with red corner stones and finish the edges with cream triangles to make the quilt square. I would then give it a fun big border maybe red polka dot.

Melanie, I am in the market for new flooring for my new quilting studio...curious if yours is wood or the new LVP (luxury vinyl plank) which looks close enough to wood. IMO
I want something easy to care for and clean. Love your heart blocks too.

The flooring is LVP. It is absolutely gorgeous and easy to care for. We replaced a dark floor of the same type of flooring and the light colour is much better in an art space.
