Looking forward to the hat. Carolyn, you have such an eye for fabric, and the one you made your son is awesome. Can't imagine it being LA quilted by you as well for him. How awesome is that. Thanks for all you do. God bless.

Anyhow, here is a photo of my weekend project. I call this one "Heart of the Flame" because the center or heart of a flame is blue/white. And my son is the center of my heart. This one is for his birthday. I will be quilting it with a flame pantograph in variegated blue threads to keep with the theme.

Have a project picked out for next month already thinking of doing a reversable washable hat! That way we can all go spend time outside in style and safety! keep that in mind for when you are shopping this month. It just calls for cotton fabric and some heavy interfacing.

Everyone's totes look great. I kept popping in while at work wishing I was at home sewing!!! I'm hoping to start mine next weekend after I finish a baby quilt for a co-worker. Looking forward to joining you for the next one in May. Carolyn, your quilt is beautiful, love the diamond pattern and the color (blue is my favorite color). Thank you for sending me the PDF's for the past retreats. Marilyn

    Beautiful results folks!
Mine has been put on hold as I started a quilt for a friend injured in the fertilizer plant explosion. Many, many stitches from removing shards of glass but she's doing well.

Tracy, I like your back and the extra touches you used.

Mine is getting closer to being done.
