Petthefabric - great project! What size? Those columns between the panels - are they pieced?

Petthefabric- great use of those panels. Glad to see you did have enough for the border!

Panchita- thanks for the link. The Puffin quilt is seriously cute. Looking forward to seeing your version.

I’m still dithering on how I want to quilt the Feb. Debbie Brown colorblock quilt.

Petthefabric, wow that is beautiful. Was it a bundle or kit? Or have you picked your coordinating fabrics, because they are perfect. Can't wait to see it finished.

I am also very tickled by the Tour the Shop photos - in the second photo you can see the Puffin quilt I plan on making (albeit with a slightly different colourway - I'll swap out the yellow for a blue/purple I think. Am keeping the puffins puffin-coloured ). Link here if interested Fabricate® | Tour the shop! | Bar Harbor, ME (mdifabricate.com)!
I have had the pleasure of visiting this shop...thank you for posting the link. They have a lovely space.

jmoore - I'm just glad to see Fabricate is still going since it's been a while!

So I had a nice organised list this morning, so what have I spent my time on? Sewing a hearts banner for Valentine's Day (which is not turning out as I'd hoped, so is now being abandoned/left to marinate for a while...) Was that on my list? Nope, no it wasn't.

Getting back on track I have, to my delight, discovered a good backing for my Penguins and also that my last decent-sized piece of batting will fit. So the Penguins are sorted. They will be intentionally set aside for now while I finish the handquilting on the Pumpkins.

I have skipped on to pulling fabric for the Puffins...

    The size is 36 x 60.
The panels and the stripe are matching fabrics, been in stash several yrs. The rest is stash. Between the panels is a column of square in a square pieced with stripes.

Quilting will be a while, as other projects need to be finished.
