I like deep intense colours especially reds, greens and purples. I have never liked blue (it was always my sister's colour) but now I really like dark turquoise/teal. Of course every quilt needs some yellow to make it sing. One thing for sure is that I will probably never make a soft, muted, quiet quilt featuring biege, tans, and browns as those colours just don't have enough vitality for me. I like a quilt that surrounds you with bright, intense colour that makes your heart soar.

Please don't make me choose. I like them all. I'm not drawn to any specific color it is usually the print that catches me eyes. If I had to make a choice it would be black and yellow. I have some prints of large yellow sun flowers with a black back ground and I love that one the best. Wish I could find more of that print.

ok, I have a few. I find that when I move to a new house I tend to use one colour many different ways throughout the house. As far as quilts go...it depends on the pattern, what colour it chooses. My favorite colour combos are green (my favroite all time colour) and purple. I like them to be rich and deep. Lately I can't get enough of red, paired with creamy white, tan, black, or green. Other combos that I like are green with blue, chocolate with blue, or purple and copper.

This is really hard, but I guess my eye is always drawn to the jewel tones! I also love batiks. All shades of purple, and so many more!!! I'm glad I have so much to choose from, even if they aren't all my favorites!!
