Yes. born and raised there. I know a lot of people who used to live there, and some who still do.

I graduated in 1960. If you go to the high school you will see my picture; the only Diana there in 1960. Also, Loene, Jamie, Donna, Bill, Dennis, Jerry, Betty Jo. We started school together in 1st grade-except for Bill Hunt, he came in 4th grade. They all graduated in 1959. I quit school, had a baby and then went back to get my diploma. Unheard of in those days.

Good for you. Our high school graduations now have one or more parents in them. One year we had a 100% pregnant female graduation. I have been here since 91. :-P

Here in Dallas there is even a nursery staffed by volunteers to care for the babies while mom gets her education. How times have changed!!

I received a PM (thank you!) about your get-together. I'm busy on the 7th, but would love to hear about who came and how it went. I haven't been very active on the boards because I've been working on getting my longarm business going. But at some point I hope to have more time to reach out to other quilters, take classes, and get out more often! Have fun and happy quilting!
