Did you tell them you have a whole chat board waiting to see what happens ??? LOL Maybe that would have moved you to the top of the waiting list :wink:

Help!

I got the same thing, but when I try to sew, nothing happens - it moves along, but does not stitch! its not my machine as I switched back to my regular presser foot and worked fine. any ideas?
