It looks like a simple Bricks pattern without the 'mortar'. Just rectangles sewn in strips and then each row offset by half a 'brick' You could make the bricks any size you want but they are usually twice as long as they are high eg. 4x8 inches finished.

I've been making a lot of memory quilts lately. I've found that the poly/cotton shirts get very thin. So it's a good idea to put a stabilizer on the back. I like Pelon Shape Flex Light.

It looks like it was from a foreign blog that is no longer on line. If you look closely, it is not a typical brick as they aren't all the same length, just the same width. This just might be the answer I'm looking for to use up the rest of the shirt fabric I have left from making other quilts from my husband's shirts! A bit scrappy but certainly a great pattern. I like that the same fabric was constructed for the back and then an all over quilting so nothing has to match front and back. But I love the blues!

I plan to make the back the same pattern as the front as shown, and I hope this doesn't cause any issues. This will certainly be a labor of love as I lost my dear husband several months ago. I plan on making each one of my two boys a quilt. Again, many thanks for the pattern name, the links, and the suggestions.
