this you tube is the rings that bind method. If you look on the back wall the white pink and green quilt is the quilt on the front of the rings that bind book. The difference is she is using a solid piece of fabric with stripes. The rings that bind fabric is made with 8 strips of fabric sewn together to make the different pieces or colors in the rings
