I'm not sure I would go to a dark blue. I think it would be a bit too bold. Perhaps a more solid version of the burgundy (a bit darker) and then either a narrow medium- darker blue (in the same range as the burgundy used to frame). Or a combo of burgundy, beige and blue borders all the same width as the sashing.

I found a dark blue with burgundy and tan flowers in my stash, and have decided to use the burgundy mixed floral for a bit of border, then the blue floral for binding. Or the other way around, lol, depending how it looks once I have cut the strips.
The blue was once a king size bed ruffle and it's one long piece of fabric about 9 yards long. Usually a skirt is made in sections, but not this one. LOL, I have to cut off a section long enough for the sides and joinings, then I can cut that into the binding strips, or border.

If you have the fabric, I would go with the dark burgundy that is in the first star and bind it with the dark blue.
It is beautiful - can't wait to see the finished quilt.
And Wildyard, I love your sign off saying.
