Thumbs up Looking for good fabric shops between Birmingham and Kentucky

Good fabric shops in Birmingham, Nashville or between Florida Panhandle and Kentucky? Looking for LQS that are your favorites, not JoAnn's, or Handcocks. Thanks for any replies in the next 3 days. After that, I will be on my way.

In Bowling Green, KY there is Kentucky Quilt Company. It is located inside The Sewing Center on Campbell Lane. It is a small shop but has good quality fabric, nice kits and patterns. In Louisville, KY there is Among Friends Quilt Shop on Taylorsville Rd. It is a large shop, but has good bargains and a large selection. They have a lot of Moda precuts which I love. Paducah, KY has Hancock's of Paducah which is no ordinary shop. There are several other shops in Paducah as well as the quilt museum.

Not sure how far north you will venture into Kentucky - but I love my local quilt store in Winchester. Its called Judy's Quilt Shop. They always take me in 'the back' and show me all the new quilt blocks and tricks they are working on.
Also - Quilter's Corner in Lexington is huge and the owner is super friendly. I just don't get over there as much as I would like.

If you're headed up I75 to the northern KY region, in Dry Ridge just a couple miles off the highway is The Quilt Box. Nice little shop in a beautiful setting down a one-lane country road.
