Aside from cooking for days...the turkey, stuffing, cranberry-ginger chutney, mango granita, whole-wheat baguettes, slow-cooked pork vindaloo, pumpkin dumplings, and I can't remember what else, as well as preparing the garden beds for winter (adding 4 cubic yards of compost to everything), I finished a tote bag and started a braided border for a baby quilt that's in progress. Not as much as I thought I'd get to this weekend. I was hoping to lock myself in my sewing room and leave only to eat...Husband had different ideas and I went with his...

Ahem. What I made during the Thanksgiving 4-day holiday. Pies. A lot of pies. And boy am I tired of pies. Now I can get back to my lovely fabric and wonderful sewing machine.

Turkey and all trimmings for Thanksgiving. Friday at job, also Sat until noon. Deboned turkey Sat. took a nap and pickedup alittle. Sunday made a Christmas runner and laundry and made turkey pot pie. Looking forward to a new project tonight. Lots of sewing everyone, enjoy!!

Two new covers for my Kindle Fire and a new tote bag. Unfortunately, I didn't get as much done as I wanted too.

I finished piece 15 potholders (Christmas gifts), cutting the backs and the insul-brite for each one. I'm waiting on my cotton batting order from JoAnns to finish them off. I also finished knitting the very last dishcloth of the 18 I had to make to go with the potholders.
