I read this to my DH and his first comment was - "OMG WHERE WOULD ANYONE STORE THAT MUCH FABRIC"!!! Too Funny

Receiving blankets, burp cloths, slippers (Clothide has some patterns for sale), jammies, stuffed animals for children, scarves, mittens (have no clue but they would be warm), purse, lap quilts, bed scarves, pillow covers (like for a throw pillow), tree skirt, stockings.

WOW it is a bit overwhelming!!

OMG - Where are you going to store 500 bolts of flannel?

I just met her and I told her about our board she was interested in joining. She has an Etsy business, but only sells aprons. I asked her if she would mind if I told our members about the bargins. She said sure. If you PM to me I can tell you the details. Share the wealth, 500 bolts at $1yard 'til it's gone is what she said!

You could make some baby blankets. Like the little "bunting" blankets. They are usually flannel weight. What about pillowcases?

I am making little throws for Rady's Childrens Hospital Cancer Center. Lots of cute kids designs and fun to look at.

I can send you her info if you PM to me. I have no connection just want to share the wealth. She's a local lady and said she would sell to our members if they pay the shipping. She has a PayPal account. I have the photo site bookmarked and you can see her inventory!!

So maybe use them for quilt backing. Baby blankets also or any quilt that you want soft and not to bulky. I make them without batting which makes them warm, but light enough to pack a carry around. I'm sure you'll make good use of it. Good luck. Hope you got plent of storage space.

For those interested, I can give you her info if you PM to me. She has 500 bolts(minus my purchase:-)
and she said $1/yd til it's gone. I also have the online photo site bookmarked and I send it to you. She also has probably 1500-2000 bolts of beautiful quilting quality cotton that she uses for her aprons but she won't sell that. :-( I already asked!
