I have 7 yards of the orange flower.. 4 yards of the orange blend .. and one or two yard peices of other fabrics I have laying beside it.. I thought about doing a log cabin with the orange flower strips as the dark side.. strips would all be different.. showing brown, green, or orange.. and light beiges as light side.. but would like to do a big block too of orange flower.. with greens.. browns as sashes and borders

do not have pattern in minds for blocks.. would need help!!

some of the fabrics I found in my pile to go with it

I'm on a kaleidoscope kick right now so the first thought I had was to use the orange floral print to make kaleidoscope blocks! I love all of the fabrics. Whatever you do, your quilt will turn out lovely!! ;-)

I think the orange flower would make a pretty "OBW" or Kalediscope (sp?) quilt...

I agree with a One Block Wonder for the orange. You could use some or one of the others for a border.

You could fussy cut for the focus squares on a french braid, then use the rest for the back. With that much fabric, I like the idea of a OBW better, but wanted to give you another idea.
