I'm a beginner quilter and I fell in love with the fabric that I have over the others...but now I don't know what pattern to do or how to use them all!! I like more modern patterns but I am open to any suggestions!!

You could try a Turning Twenty, or any other Fat Quarter type pattern that uses several different fabrics. I have one that I use all the time called "Bits and Pieces" by Mountainpeak designs.
Oh, and welcome to the board from Southern California!

I also thing the Turning 20 would be beautiful. Such gorgeous fabrics but the one you fell for is just awesome! All together should make a stunning quilt. And Welcome. I hope you will post a pic of the finished quilt top.

Your fabric choices are beautiful. I am not sure of the amounts of each of your fabrics but you could try a trip around the world pattern.
