I get up and check email, check this board and then play games until sleepy. Usually not too long.

I refuse to get up as I will not go back to bed. So I just try to think relaxing thoughts, day dream a little and then I'm asleep again.

Hardly ever wake up during night, but when i do,I take notes of the many things running through my head that I need to do. Keep a note pad by my bed just for this. you would be amazed of the things I wake up thinking about that I would forget if I didn't write them down!

When I cant sleep which is very often, I first try the relaxing the body starting with my toes going up to my head. Sometimes this works and sometimes not. Then I read awhile. then pray just rejoicing the lord By that time it is morning and time to get up. Then I work at staying awake all day so maybe I can get a good nights sleep the next night

I fondle my fabric. It's a big joke around here. Where's Mom? Oh, she's probably fondling her fabric!

If I lay there to long I get up and sew better than laying there and worrying about something I cant change anyway. I did design a quilt for my granddaughter the other morning early, she wants a t-shirt quilt and was wanting to add something special. Marty
