Beautiful pattern, use of 30's repro fabric, and quilt. Nice!

My friend made me a "Double Irish Chain" quilt top in 30's repros. I quilted it on a long arm machine.

Thanks...it was fun to make! I didn't have a pattern. I enlarged a couple pictures on a copy machine to make templates, then decorated each dress with baby rickrack, lace and tiny buttons before appliqueing them to the blocks. I am at work right now but will scan and attach the templates when I get home later this afternoon. I used all the leftovers to make the border. I intended this to be a wall hanging. If you will give it to someone who will wrap a baby in it, I wouldn't use the buttons. I have many baby quilts made...waiting for my daughter to give me grandbabies! She just laughs and says, how many do you think I'm going to have?!?!

Here is my latest wall-hanging using the 1930's repro fabrics. It measures 30" sq. The pattern is "Triple Irish Chain". I have hand-quilted the entire piece on the diagonal, one direction, and have quilted flowers in the plain white areas and around the border.

Sew and sew your quilt is gorgeous. Wow, I didn't realize there were three pages, my gosh I love all of the quilts, they are so soft and calming. Guess I will have to start, saving up 30's material.

If you take a close look at the quilt most if it is done in 4p with one cornor of the block being white with 3 prints and the other 4p being 3 whites and a print. Does this help you out any?

I love that video! I bought her Dresden plate template and 1930s charm packs. I plan to start it soon. Can't wait!
