I actually look forward to football season. I do not like to watch football at all and my husband loves it. It keeps him busy so I go in my sewing room and sew to my hearts content. He does come in my room periodically to let me know what is going on with the game. I act like I am interested, but I really don't care. My mom lived with us for 8 1/2 years before she passed away and she thought the tv in the livingroom was strictly for her viewing and so on Sundays, he would go in the bedroom to watch football. After she passed, I figure he was entitled to watch whatever he wanted to because he was such a saint through it all. I love him dearly.

I retreat to my sewing room and quilt. could care less about football, although when I walk through the room and and sons are in, I will take a moment to catch the score.

I like football, but I also have a need to multitask. Anything will do...sewing, quilting, computer...

husband doesn't watch football - he's more a WWE (wrestling) fan, and I'm right there watching (and hand quilting)!!

I read or sew or nap or watch a DVD in another room. From what I understand, the preseason games start tomorrow (Sat) evening. Guess I will be doing one of the above mentioned!

He watches Steeler games and I quilt or machine embroider. Works for us!

I don't do sports so I'm on my computer reading this newsletter, if someone else is here to watch with him I'm in my sewing room, if not I'm on here acting like I'm watching too
