Usually I'm listening to hubby complaining that I'm always quilting (which I'm not - only sometimes on weekends). If I'm home alone, I've got the radio on to Rock of some sort. I like a variety of music from the 60's to now.

Baseball! I can focus on sewing so much better when there is a baseball game going. I've learned the hard way not to listen to any music I might sing along with because I have a habit of holding pins in my mouth.

If there are no baseball games on, I put on an old movie I've seen a thousand times.

I love listening to books also. Sometimes I need the quiet, especially if I am doing math, and figuring sizes and cutting, I rarely just follow a pattern as printed, so my brain has to be exercised, best to do that with quiet!!!

I also have the two preschoolers constantly vying for my attention. That's one excuse why I write about quilting these days but can't yet find the time to do a big project.

Southern Gospel, Christmas carols in season, or nothing at all.

The dog snore!!! I live in the country and love it when I can open the windows and hear the birds sing.
