When a relative asks it is harder to say no. One of the ladies in my quilt club makes endless quilts for others as gifts. She even makes quilts for inlaws inlaws. She really likes to whip them out as fast as she can like 4 or 5 a month.. For her to be asked for a quilt would make her sublimely happy...... Another says, "I'll add it to my list." I am a hand quilter and have said that I'm not interested in quilting for others. I have connected several people to a LAQ. Both were happy. Dislike doing duplicate work with a purple passion. I will not make a copy of any of my originals. I am now making a tee shirt for my DGD and it is a pleasure to do it.
