what kind of basting spray do you use?
I don't have any problem making adjustments. I just lift and spread it back out, smoothing from the center out. Maybe it depends on how much you spray. I don't cover the entire batting, I spray in a grid - probably about 6" apart and all the way around the edge.
Just be sure you are using "basting" spray, not other adhesives.

I use "gasp" I know, Aqua Net hairspray. Works very well for me has the same ingredients in it as the basting sprays and,is cheaper and the fact that I live in a very tiny mtn town I cannot get basting spray but can get the hairspray, Aqua Net.yes I made a sample, held well, sewed well and did not affect the fabric.
