I like a lot of different things. I hadn't heard about Batiks until I started hanging out here, it's really growing on me. Blue/yellow being my favorite color combo.

When the fabric is on clearance I buy it. I have a big enough stash I don't care what design or color it is, as long as it's a super sale. I have a Go so I cut most of the sale buys into precuts. It's easier to store in dark, mediums, and lights when it's pre cut.

Batiks are my weakness! I can't walk through the store and not look at them. One LQS has them just as you come in the door. It takes me a while to get very far into the store. :)

I like all 30's repros, solids are always good to have and the new tone on tone or tye dye look, and beautiful florals on dark or light backgrounds. And I love scraps.I just wish I had some of it all and used it.

I have a serious weakness for Christmas fabrics and brights with dots on them

I usually only buy for my current project, but a bit more than needed. i usually have enough "leftovers' for other projects over time. My weakness is nursery print flannel. I mostly make baby quilts and with flannel i can make either rag or traditional.

I like to buy most fabric ON SALE! And then I usually buy batiks, Asians and anything else that is pretty! I have been known to buy a kit or collection but mostly, I like to pick out my own stuff. I'm not artistic, but I've had good luck picking out stuff that looks good together.

I find I use lots of browns and greens, splotchy, solids. tone on tones and I like florals, I have a big variety of fabrics so when I need something to go with something I will have a good selection, don't care much for the batiks. I'm strange I admit it.

I love the Asian fabrics, as well as maroons, plums, ivory, the soft blues and greens with gold flecks.
