I was looking at this one closely. I also like how the centers are different colors, but I believe I would try to space the colors out evenly. I'm a perfectionist about things like that; somewhat obsessive-compulsive, I guess. I sure do like this tho..isn't it homey looking??? If I make one, I just might have to buy a log cabin to go with it!!!

It looks like one that I'd like to just crawl up in and curl up in front of a roaring fire in the fireplace and sip on some hot chocolate! Beautiful and homey looking. And, I really like the way the cross-hatching gives it another dimentional look. It is definately on my to do list.

I just posted what I think is a quilt of homespun fabrics and they are all plaids, of sorts.
Check out "a small quilt finished," posted by me earlier this evening.
It was my design but hardly a design at all.
Feel free to copy and revise to suit you as much as you like!

I never thought to use homespuns but I think now I may reconsider.

I am so happy I read this thread, I love Homespun but wasn't sure what to do with it since I don't like rag quilts. You all have inspired me!!! Thanks so much!!
