The last pattern I bought was about a year ago. I fell in love with Edyta Sitar's Dreamcatcher pattern.

I just recently bought 2 bed sized Hawaiian quilt patterns. Before that, I can't remember the last time I used a pattern. I went on a designing binge a while back and now have a boatload of tops to quilt!

The bionic gear bag pattern. When it first came out a few years ago. I only made it once, but have used that bag every day in my sewing room since then, so definitely got my money's worth!

I bought Elizabeth Hartmans fancy forest, made it. Yes it was worth it. I learned how to piece VERY accurately.

I think it's been a couple of years, but I purchased Jenny Kingwell's Gypsy Wife pattern/booklet. Once my work demands settle down after summer, I will be completing the last sections so I can get it off my design wall.

The last one I bought was "Colour Me Crayons" and it was well worth it.

I did purchase another that I can't recall the name of right now and it was only a drawing of the quilt...I'll never do that again. I don't think anyone had ever actually made the quilt. The directions made no sense and I gave up.

This is "Sunrise" done in Bee Inspired. I did another one in Fresh Lilacs. This is very easy and uses a layer cake and a charm pack with leftovers. Really needed my design wall to get those blocks turned the correct way.

I just purchased "Jewel Box". It's an older pattern and I was able to get it from Ebay for less than half of what it was originally.

I purchased one from American Jane Patterns called Merry-Go-Round Quilt for $12. I don't mind paying for a pattern if it's one I really want to make. This one calls for 3 jelly rolls to be used and that will be expensive, unless I can dig into all my fat quarters and come up with enough!

I have a friend who does that. I wouldn't have a clue! I'm very challenged in that area

PS. These quilts I'm looking at are beautiful !!!
