    Hard choice. You could do corner and a center blocks like first photo, then mix for the rest. That way the corners and center would anchor the quilt.

    Hey, my quilt is there! 5th quilt in the third row...

    As you can see from these photos, there is a vast number of ways to do this design. It all comes down to personal preference. Marion, I would suggest you play around with layouts before you sew your blocks all together, and discover the layout that most pleases your eye.

    Your fabrics are beautiful. It's going to be a pretty quilt no matter how you put it together.

    i agree with what many have said. I love the look of the first. the other way is just too scrappy for my tastes. and you kinda loose the effect of it.
